Another 900 kg of carp was planted on Saturday

This time, a total of 900 kilograms of three-year-old carp with an average weight of 1.5 kg arrived from the Zalaszentgrót site of Tógazda Halászati Zrt.

Installation locations and quantities:
- Vasvár lakes: 300 kg of carp
- Magyarszecsőd gravel pit lake: 600 kg of carp

The special interest of the Magyarszecsőd installation is that the fish were released after the boilie competition that ended at the weekend, which was implemented with the support of the Körmend Border Guard Sport Fishing Association. The approximately 400 carp that were installed further strengthen the fish population of Lake Magyarszecsőd, the richness of which was also well proven by the three-day competition. In addition to many beautiful large carp, the participants also caught many specimens of different sizes, but typically between 3 and 5 kg. Although these were not valid for the competition, they offer a real experience for every angler in everyday fishing.

The aim of the stocking is to ensure the best possible catching chances for our anglers during the autumn fishing season. In the coming period, more carp will arrive in several areas of the county, as about 30 more tons of carp are planned to be stocked during September.

There is no fishing ban after the installation! You can start fishing for the freshly arrived carp now!

As always, we would like to draw the attention of T. Fishing friends to the lower (min. 30 cm) and upper (max. 60 cm) size limits, as well as the weekly (6 noble fish) and daily (2 carp) size limits set out in the law and the fishing regulations, which regulations differ from the National Fishing Regulations!

In addition, we ask all anglers to immediately and accurately record the carp they catch in their catch log, as if there is a 0.5 kg difference during the inspection by our fish guards, the territorial ticket may be withheld!
