The fee for the State Fishing Exam is free from January 1, 2019, but it is subject to prior registration on the website www.horgaszjegy.hu . An additional condition for a valid application for the fishing test is the registration of the angler, which can be done by clicking here or at our member associations.
In order to facilitate the registration process and the application for the exam, our association made an "instructional" video together with Dávid Balikó, where Dávid demonstrates how to register in the HORINFO system available via the website horgaszzegy.hu and then how to easily prepare and apply for a free state fishing exam .

From February 15, 2021, the fishing examination will take place nationwide in a completely renewed electronic system, but it still requires a personal appearance!

The amount of discount provided for exchanging "First fishing ticket":

In the case of regional ticket exchange over HUF 60,000: HUF 30,000
In the case of regional ticket exchange over HUF 40,000: HUF 20,000
In the case of regional ticket exchange over HUF 20,000: HUF 10,000

This offer only applies to the first purchase of fishing tickets in the Vasa region and is only valid for regional ticket requests and orders after the exam!
The discount only applies to those who have not yet obtained a fishing test in the HORINFO system or an adult (youth) fee-based state ticket in previous years.
You can apply for the fishing exam from the age of 10, but all anglers must take the exam no later than the year in which they turn 15.

Application and conditions for the exam:

The state fishing exam can be taken on the exam day announced by the fishing association or the fishing organization involved in the examination.

All persons who have reached the age of 10 on the day of application can apply for the fishing test.

The condition for applying for the fishing exam is the registration of a fishing card, which can be done on the website www.horgaszjegy.hu or at the association's ticket sales point. You can register for the fishing exam ONLY by entering the website www.hogaszjegy.hu (under the sub-menu of exams under Memberships and licenses) in the profile of the person applying for the exam. We cannot accept applications by phone or e-mail! It is important to know that if the announced exam dates are full, then the exam dates are automatically no longer available and it is not possible to apply for them. You can register for free exam places until 12:00 the day before the exam.

Important informations:

- They must bring their personal identification documents to the fishing exam for the purpose of data reconciliation, and the examinee must have the user name and password required to access the website www.horgaszjegy.hu .

- All examinees must answer the exam questions in the context of an online knowledge test on the tablet provided by our Association for the duration of the exam.

- After completion, the system indicates the score achieved and automatically evaluates the exam as pass or fail.

- During the exam, a minimum of 30 points out of the maximum possible 45 points must be achieved.
