Social fish keepers
A social fish warden can be a person with no criminal record who takes a fishing warden exam and oath at the fisheries authority for a fee, and has a mandate for the given water area.
The social fish warden can check the documents authorizing fishing and take them over. In the case of suspicion of a fishing or fishing violation, to withhold the documents entitling to catch fish until they are handed over to the fisheries warden, and in the case of suspicion of a crime or violation of the law, to withhold the documents entitling to catch fish until the arrival of the fisheries warden or the police. You can check the species, size, and weight of the caught fish, and if you suspect a fishing violation, you can detain the fish until the fisheries guard arrives or release it back. The social fish watcher has the right to process the personal data contained in the documents authorizing fishing until the start of the procedure initiated on the basis of his action
