With the support of the MOHOSZ Stock Replacement and Development Target Appropriation (ÁPFE-VII-4/2025), the application titled "Installation and reintroduction of standard and preferred native fish species" continued on Friday, October 17, the stocking of bream in the fishing waters managed by our Association.

Another 2070 kg of bream have been planted in our waters.

The two-summer bream stocking took place from the Mikei site of Tógazda Fishing Zrt., under the supervision of our professional fish guard, in the following water areas and quantities:

Půspökmolnár gravel pit lake: 400 kg
Körmend section of the Rába River: 400 kg
Magyarszecsőd gravel pit lake: 430 kg
Lake Hársas in Máriaújfalu: 840 kg

The bream stocking of Lake Hársas was partially supported by the Szentgotthárd Fishing Association, which we would like to thank!

As we previously announced, based on our Association's fishing plans and the submitted application, bream stocking will continue during October–November, and predatory (I and II summer pike and zander) and flounder stocking are also expected.

On several of our lakes, which have larger water surfaces and are popular with lure anglers, extra-sized carp may also be stocked during the fall.

Regarding the bream, bream and predator stocking implemented with the grant, we ask our anglers to respect the established fish stock while complying with the applicable laws and local fishing regulations, thus facilitating the possibility of natural reproduction expected in the spring of 2026.

Our association and member organizations continue to work to ensure that every angler has an enjoyable and successful fishing experience on the Vasi Vizes!

From January, personal administration (e.g. ticket exchange, fishing card application, etc.) will be possible at the Association's customer service office in Vaskeresztő by prior appointment. Appointments can be requested by phone at +36 94-506-835; +36 70 3399 703, or by e-mail at info@vasivizeken.hu. After that, colleagues will continue to be at the disposal of fellow anglers in 2025 according to the following customer service order:

✅ Wednesday: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM;
✅ Thursday: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM;
