The rainy morning in the morning turned into sunny weather for the start of the race, which did not strengthen the fish’s mood, but it did the anglers well.
In the five-hour round, many were able to weigh between 15 and 25 kg, but today there was little in the sectors to get to the podium.
A relatively large number of crucian carp and grass carp were served in the sacks, but of course the carp and bream of Lake Abért were also honored.
At the end of the battle, the 1-9th place winner could receive valuable Trabucco fishing rods from Gellért Pankotay from the owner of the Trabucco Hungary Headquarters in recognition of his performance.
Based on the overall results, Norbert Puskás, the executive president of the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Anglers' Associations, handed over the cup and a medal to the podium finishers of the day. Final result:
1st place: Zoltán Török - 55,460 gr.
II. place: Péter Bakó - 47,620 gr.
III. place: Gábor Németh - 37,340 gr.
