1. Only those who fill in, sign and submit the “Declaration for participation in a sporting event V4” form to the representative of the organizer at the latest at the bait limit can take part in the competition . 2. All competitors must have a valid competitor's license (HUF 3,000). 3. Lottery, preparations: The lottery is carried out by the organizers in compliance with the conditions of the lottery technique, which avoids multiple physical touches. Federal Office staff will draw a live broadcast of each competitor’s fishing spot in live ABC order on Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on the Association’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vasivizeken). There is therefore no need to show up at the venue for the draw, nor is there an opening. Competitors will arrive directly at the starting point assigned to them by 8.30 am, from which time they will be able to enter the box. The results of the draw will also be published on the website www.vasivizeken.hu , and in case of questions, the on-site judges will also help you find your way.

As the competition starts at 11:00, everyone will have 2.5 hours at the start to prepare and prepare the baits and lures. We urge everyone to avoid any grouping, sitting together, “banding” in a central car park during this period.

We ask all competitors to have as little social contact as possible, to observe the protective distances and the rules of wearing a mask! This means not at the start, but it is mandatory to wear the mask when leaving the start. In addition, wearing the mask is mandatory during bait inspections, weighing, and receipt of fees.

4. Weighing : The competitor may not leave the starting position at the end of the round until the weighers have arrived. During the weighing, only the weighing committee and the competitor may be present at the starting point. We also ask the helpers not to accompany the weighers on the field ! The competitor may not sign the weighing slip during the weighing for reasons of epidemiological control. The leader of the weigh-in will announce aloud the total weight of the fish caught, which the competitor will certify with a yes or accept answer, which will be marked on the sheet by the weigh-in.

5. Reporting of results: After the poisoning, the catch results are evaluated and summarized on site. The results will be published on www.vasivizeken.hu , expected at 17.00. The winners will be marked in the scoreboard.

6. Prize giving: We are waiting for the podium winners and the winners only for the prize giving, everyone else is exceptionally asked to leave the race track after the race and go home!

• The competitor is obliged to collect and transport the waste at his fishing place.
• Entrants to the competition are entitled to drive to the areas next to the racetrack in the three days prior to the competition with the issued recovery permit. In the event of heavy rain, it may be possible to restrict access to a few fishing spots by car. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to drive on the embankment! The group recovery permit will be sent out on Wednesday, which will be valid from April 8, 2021 to April 11, 2021.
• In the days before the competition, training is only possible with a valid area ticket. (Daily area ticket can be redeemed at www.horgaszjegy.hu )
