On Sunday morning, lure-lovers gathering on Aber II Lake in Lukács House gathered for the Feeder fishing method to compete for the winner's cup. This time, too, there was a big field in the sunny day, with 53 people starting the race.

Of course, for the 5-hour round of the event, which was free to enter, entrants had to hold a state ticket and a Federal Territorial Ticket valid on the day of the event.
Following the designation of the course, the organizers divided the course into three sections, resulting in 18-18 for Sections "A" and "B" and 17 for "C". Fishing was only permitted with a feeder rod, with any end rigging that could only have one single hook of up to 10 sizes.

After occupying the seats, the one and a half hours of preparation began. In the meantime, bait and rig inspections were also carried out on a random basis. In the 10 minutes before the 9 o'clock start, the racers started to feed in and then catch a fish by the mouth.

The start was quite successful, and in the first 1-2 hours the bream and the carp were caught almost immediately after the toss. In the meantime, the fish may have realized that something was not quite normal and retreated to their hiding places.

Oddly enough, after a good start and then for over 1 hour, there was hardly anything on the lake. Fortunately, in the final phase of the race, the fish-catching resumed. By this time the carp, bream and amur were also present in the "quieter" sector on the dam side. All in all, catches could not be complained of after the race was over. By the end of the day, 53 people had weighed in at just over 892 kilograms of fish, an average catch of 16.8 kg.

The podium positions were awarded based on the results of the sector winners. The battle for gold and silver medals was quite intense, weighing just 370 grams. Only Tibor Pajtli (Spartacus HE.) And Gábor Tordai (Electricians SHE.) Managed to catch more than 40 kilograms in the field, and they did not stop at that, and they also exceeded 45 kilograms. Tibor Pajtli won the duel , albeit a small one, who could take home the winner's cup with his catch of 45,640 grams , while Gábor Tordai had to finish second with his excellent result of 45,270 grams . Third place went to Zoltán Török (Electricians SHE.) With 27,530 grams.

1-3. In addition to the 2nd place, he received a special prize for the best female competitor, Andrea Sántáné Tóth ( 12,410 gr. - Körmend Worker HE.) and also a special prize for Dávid Sánta (13,960 gr. - Körmend Worker HE.) as the best junior angler.

During the announcement, Norbert Puskás, Executive Chairman of the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations, congratulated the participants and handed over the cups and medals to the winners.

The county's angling season ended with this friendly and cheerful competition. The rest of the year is a major event is the Association's life, which is nothing more than a project called "Pinkától in Rabat" Integrated Fishing Day. In collaboration with a cozy common organizes a fishing afternoon for sport anglers and people with disabilities.

The friendly "doubles race" will take place in a 2 hour round on October 01, 2019 with no entry fee! One major sport angler and one major disabled fisherman will form a team.
