Kőszeg Sports Fishing Association

The Kőszeg Csónázá lake has been managed by our association since January 1, 2006. The nicely landscaped and tidy lake receives its refreshing water from the Malomárs, a tributary of the Gyöngyös stream. The clear-water 3.3-hectare lake gradually deepens to 1.5-2 meters. The lake bed is free of snags and slightly muddy. Thanks to regular plantings, its fish stock is rich. On the walking path around the lake there is a fish knowledge trail and a display house connected to the trail. The most catchable fish are: bream, carp, grass carp, perch and catfish. Arriving at the lake, a parking lot is waiting for fishermen and hikers.
Fishing on Csónakázó lake is also possible with a daily ticket, in addition to the rules and ticket prices on our website www.koszegitavak.hu.

The Kőszeg Téglagyári lake was created during clay mining. The 1 hectare 2.3-3.5 meter deep lake is located in a wild setting. The most catchable fish are: bream, carp, grass carp, crucian carp, pike and catfish. Parking is available at the entrance to the lake. Only members of the Kőszeg Sport Fishing Association can fish on the lake.
