We also carried out fish stocking in the last days of March and the second of April.

Based on our previous news, in view of the Easter holiday , 1019 kg of carp arrived at Lake Csónakázó in Szombathely, Lake Kavicsbánya in Magyarszecsőd and Lake Hársas in Máriaújfalu on Monday, March 30th, from Halászmester KFT.

Subsequently, similarly to previous years, and in accordance with the provisions of the fish management plan, on March 31, with the help of K&K Oil KFT., which operates the Vaskerestes trout farm, we stocked juvenile brown trout in several sections of the Pinka, Gyöngyös and Répce. 2x75 kg (approx. 400 fish per lake) were stocked in the Pinka and Répce, and 50 kg in the Gyöngyös.

The Gyöngyös stream was enriched with a total of 150 kg of brown trout on April 9th and 10th , in view of the National Coastal Spinning Championship held on Friday and Saturday, the 10th and 11th.

Lovers of light spinning can now fish for a total of 350 kg of trout on the 3 watercourses!

On April 2nd, 1,000 kg of 2nd-year Balaton carp arrived from the Fonyód farm of the Balaton Fish Management Nonprofit ZRT to Lake Kéthatár near Kerkafalva. The aim of the installation is to update the stock and to serve the needs of sport and competition anglers, so we ask the T. Horgásztársak to be especially careful when fishing and returning specimens - most of which are under the catchable size!
