VASI VIZEKEN-GARBOLINO-TACKLEBAIT ABÉRT-TÓ CUP 2024. TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Organized by the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations, the third round of the Best Sport Angler on Vasi Vizeken competition series, the Vasi Vizeken-Garbilino-Tacklebait ABÉRT-TÓ CUP, will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024. A total of 66 people entered the competition in three categories. Due to the large number of participants, not only the Abért II lake, but also the Abért I lake will be designated as a competition section.

The Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations considers the following list of entries to be final:

• Competitive category

In the competition category, the absolute extreme places in each competition will be highlighted this year as well. Anglers who have been drawn to the outermost places are no longer allowed to sit in the outermost places at the other stations of the competition series, which aims to equalize the chances. In the first round of the Kéthatár-tó Cup in Kerkaval, Zoltán Török (Elektromosok SHE.) and Viktor Kovács (Körmendi Munkás HE.) on both sides of the track, while in the II. in the round, Hunor Linter (Répcelaki HE.) and Gábor Hajba (Elektromosok SHE.) took their places, so they can no longer draw for the outermost place during the championship!

The group collection permit valid for the competition and any training before it - from Saturday to Sunday - can be found and downloaded at the end of this article, among the attached documents, and has also been sent to the e-mail addresses provided. If you did not enter your car's license plate number during registration or if the license plate number has changed in the meantime, please let us know as soon as possible to the e-mail address toth.milan@vasivizeken.hu!

It is important that the entrance is only valid for the use of the roads marked in the diagram - behind the embankment! Access to the grassy area on the Gyöngyös stream side is not permitted due to water regulations. Driving onto embankments and dams is strictly prohibited!
Please bring the issued entry permit with you to the race and place it behind the windshield!

At the same time, we would like to draw the attention of all competitors that the bank of the Abért-tavi race track has been washed away or torn off in several places. In order to avoid accidents, everyone should pay due attention to this when choosing a fishing spot. Waterfront restoration works are underway by the West Transdanubian Water Directorate.

According to preliminary plans, the 22 competitors will be divided into three sectors, which will be designated on the Lukácsháza side of the lake. The 35 pecs starting in the hobby adult category will take place in three sectors, two of which will be on the side parallel to the Gyöngyös stream, while the other will be on the side facing the dam. Since there are no more starting places suitable for competition on the Abért II lake, the 9 registered youths will compete on the Abért I lake.

Rules :

• In the adult competitor and hobby category, the competition is the Abért II. will be held on the lake. In the youth category, the competition course will be on Lake Abért I.
• In accordance with MOHOSZ regulations, a valid MOHOSZ driver's card is only required in the driver category.
• In the competitive category, the absolute extreme places are highlighted for each race. Anglers who have been drawn to the outermost places may no longer sit in the outermost places at the other stations of the competition series. This is supervised by the Organizing Committee on a round-by-round basis and ensured by a controlled draw.
• Feed material - after pouring, in a ready-to-use state - a maximum of 20 liters and a maximum of 2.5 liters of bait can be used. (max.: 0.5 liters of feeding mosquito larvae, in addition to 1/8 size /0.125 l/ bait container, the quantity of earthworms is max. 0.5 liters) - The limit of feeding material may contain a maximum of 1 liter of dry powder materials, which are exclusively can be the following: TTX, Liant a Coller, Litou, bone and feed glue, powder aroma, gravel and powdery soils, which must be presented in a separate bucket or official measuring container during the limit check.
• In the competition, 1 rod can be used at the same time and no more than 1 single hook can be used on the rig. In the hobby category, both floating and bottom methods are allowed. In the competition category, you can only fish with the float method.
• In the hobby category, the use of a carp cradle or edged carp mattress is mandatory during the competition.
• All competitors must place 2 fish bags in the water at the beginning of the competition after the limit check. No more than 20 kg of fish can be stored in a fish tank. If the competitor's catch reaches 20 kg, he must also use a second fish holder. If additional fish holding bags are not available and the amount of fish caught is justified, the competitor may request an interim evaluation.
• The use of feeder rockets and spombs is prohibited in competitions!
• A valid fish caught and included in the competition is considered to be in the possession of the angler within the shore line at the start of the whistle signaling the end of the competition, or before that. Fish caught after the sound of the bagpipes are invalid and must be released immediately.
• In case of heavy rain, access to the fishing spots on the Gyöngyös stream side will be limited by car.
• The angler must report absence from the competition by calling 06703399707!
• In other non-regulated matters, the regulations of the MOHOSZ National Fine Hardware Competition and the position of the Organizing Committee shall govern.

We would also like to inform our fellow anglers that on June 02, 2024 (Sunday) from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. there will be a general ban on the Abért I and Abért II fishing competitions for anglers who have not entered the competition.
