The three-round feeder race on Lake Abért is over
For this year's method feeder tournament, 251 entrants remained on their feet, meaning that after the cancellations, so many undertook to start the competition. In light of the epidemic situation, the cancellations are understandable, but even so, the most populous field to date will compete in the tournament. Two of the five locations competed with the fish and each other this weekend, at the Látóképi Reservoir near Debrecen and on Lake Abért on the border of Lukácsháza.
The extremely capricious weather posed a great challenge to the Abért Lake riders. He provided detailed and continuous information about the competition on the MOHOSZ community page and website . The final round of qualifiers held exciting battles at both venues. In sight, the two gold medals were drawn next to each other, while on Lake Abért, two of the two and three-pointers were drawn into a sector, with one competitor on the section called the grinder only.
The weather had also changed, although the wind had calmed down, but in return the rain had fallen, and the temperature was only 10-12 degrees, reminiscent of the coming summer, which at that time seemed very distant. I had to fish from under my umbrella, buttoned up to my neck. Fortunately, the fish were not disturbed by the harsh conditions, who were able to adapt to their cold-fronted tastes and offered them the delicacy by choosing the right distance, they could get nice prey.
In the great struggle on Lake Abért, the balance finally decided the fate of the first place in favor of a tie, now in favor of Attila Kovács, who, after winning the "pre-race" last week, deservedly took over the first place trophy. jr. Antal Jerabek also finished second with 4 points and a 10 kg disadvantage, while Bence Mészáros finished third with 5 points.
