Provisions for night fishing have been published
During the period of emergency measures ordered due to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, MOHOSZ OHSZ for release.
Government Decree 214/2021 on special rules applicable to fishing during emergencies. (IV. 30.) - at the request of the Hungarian National Fishermen's Association, taking into account the increasing number of inoculations, supporting registered recreational recreational and recreational fishing activities, and also considering the end of the ban on catching perch and balin - May 1- From 0:00 onwards, night fishing is permitted without a time limit in the case of a fisherman holding a CERTIFICATE OF PROTECTION and a person entitled to fishing under the supervision of a person under the age of eighteen.
The fisherman may leave his place of residence, stay or accommodation during the closed season for the purpose of transport from the location of the fishery water area and fish production facility to the place of residence, stay or accommodation. The holder or fish guards of a fishery shall be obliged to prevent the presence in the fishery of a person who does not certify his protection against the coronavirus and his entitlement to fish or does not engage in fishing activities.
For anglers without a certificate of protection, night fishing is allowed every day from 1 May until midnight.
MOHOSZ OHSZK draws the attention of anglers to the fact that
a) it is the fisherman's responsibility to provide and present the protection certificate on site in the prescribed use (entitlement) cases,
b) the fish guard is obliged to report violations of the current protection and epidemiological legal provisions to the police authority in case of ineffectiveness of the call for law-abiding behavior.
We continue to ask fishermen and the organizations and businesses that serve anglers for patience, cooperation and caution. We sincerely hope that, as a result of the epidemiological measures and the vaccinations that have now become widespread, the full freedom of fishing will soon be available to everyone!
