Police and fishermen were jointly checked in Friday night

Thanks to the excellent professional relationship, the professional fishermen of our Association carried out inspections in several waters on Friday evening together with the Vasvár Police Department's dedicated patrols for fish protection.

During the audit, not only the waters managed by the Alliance were visited, but also the so-called water bodies. and unregistered fish farming areas where, under the law, fishing is permitted only with a state fishing ticket and without the retention of native fish species.

In addition to the lakes around Püspökmolnár and the Rába, the Vasvár Boating Lake and the Gersekaráti Sárvíz Lake, as well as the Magyarszecsőd and Új-Perint gravel miners were scanned with a thermal camera, acquired with the support of MOHOSZ.

In 6 cases, our fishermen had to warn fishermen in writing about the absence of a fishing day or the lack of control of the rods.

Two persons' area flags and state fishing marks have been withheld and fish protection proceedings have been initiated against them for using more than two fishing skills and failing to keep a logbook.
