May monthly bans

In May, almost every weekend there is a fishing competition all over the county. During the events, general fishing bans will apply to non-competitors. Please always check the current restrictions before you go fishing. In addition to our website, we also post the bans on our Facebook page and lakeside billboards.

The Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Anglers will ban fishing in May at the following locations and times:

• On May 1, 2022, from 6.00 to 12.00, there will be a general ban for non-competitors due to an association fishing competition on the Brick Factory Lake in Celldömölk.

• On May 1, 2022, from 6.30 am to 3.30 pm, there will be a general ban for non-competitors due to the fishing competition on Lake Káthatár in Kerkafalva.

• On Sunday, May 15, 2022, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on anglers not entering the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake Abért II.

• On 06 May 2022 (Saturday) and 22 May (Sunday) from 06.30 to 15.30, there will be a general ban on non-competitors on the designated course section due to the fishing competition on Lake Abért II.

• On Sunday, May 29, 2022, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be a general ban for non-competitors due to an association fishing competition on Lake I in Újperinti.

• On Sunday, May 29, 2022, from 06:30 to 13:00, there will be a general ban for non-competitors due to an association fishing competition on the Brick Factory Lake in Celldömölk.

• On 29 May 2022 (Sunday) from 06.30 to 14.30, there will be a general ban on non-competitors due to an association fishing competition on Lake Rábasömjen.
