In the Sunday round, the field produced more than 490 kg of fish, and we also managed to herd some beautiful carp into the sack. The victory was won by Gábor Hajba with a total catch of 51,360 grams, with a convincing advantage over Károly Mészáros and Károly Smalkovics. The fisherman from Szombathely knows Lake Abért well, although he is a swimmer, but he often fishes here.
Gábor Hajba:
"I had to crave yesterday, I didn't catch any good fish, but they came at a steady pace, and in good numbers, I fished the same distance today, I managed to catch 4-5 larger carp, which threw the weights a lot."
The method feeder is becoming more and more popular, this year there are already four qualifiers to be held in the national championship, so many applicants. The final round will be held on May 2, when a list of advanced players will be compiled. Lake Abért will be one of the venues for the semi-finals in May.
