April monthly bans

In the month of April, except for the Easter holidays, there is a fishing competition throughout the county. During the events, general fishing bans will apply to non-competitors. Please always check the current restrictions before you go fishing. In addition to our website, we also post the bans on our Facebook page and lakeside billboards.

The Vas County Association of Sport Angling Associations will ban fishing in April at the following locations and times:

• From March 30, 2022 (Wednesday) 6:00 a.m. to April 3 (Sunday) 6:00 p.m.

• On April 3, 2022 (Sunday), from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on anglers not entering the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake Abért II.

• On April 10, 2022 (Sunday), from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on non-competitors due to a fishing competition on Lake Sárvíz in Gersekarát.

• From 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2022, and 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 24, 2022, there will be a general ban on anglers not entering the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake Abért II.

• On April 24, 2022 (Sunday), from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be a general ban on anglers not entering the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake I in Újperinti.

• On April 30, 2022 (Saturday) from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., due to a fishing competition on Lake Abért II, there will be a general ban on non-competing anglers on the designated course section.
