The planned 35 tons of carp stocking has been achieved

With the heat slowly easing, unfortunately, almost all of our waters are experiencing a greater or lesser water shortage. Due to the prolonged summer heatwave and high water temperatures, this year's carp stocking has progressed at a slower pace than planned, as we had to postpone several planned transports and stockings for the safety of the fish. However, with the gradual decrease in water temperatures, we have begun to cautiously make up for the stockings that were not completed in the summer. Together with the current stocking, the total amount of carp stockings this year has exceeded 40 tons in the Vasi Vizes.

On Thursday, September 10, 40 kilograms less than the planned 35 kilograms, a total of 3,460 kg of catchable carp arrived from the premises of TÓGAZDA Halászati Zrt. This time, 210 kg instead of the planned 250 kg was placed in the Gencsapáti fishing pond, but the announced quantity was placed at the other locations.

Unfortunately, Lake Merseváti has dried up due to the extreme drought, so when planning the current stocking, we also paid special attention to the anglers of the Celldömölk area. To this end, we stocked carp in Lake Celldömölk, which is also popular with anglers from Celldömölk, in the dammed Rába section in Nick, and in Kis-Rába, where the water levels necessary for fishing were ensured even during the drought period.

As a reminder: due to the current situation, anglers with a three-lake area ticket who selected Lake Merseváti on their ticket are given the opportunity to choose another water area from the other lakes originally listed on the ticket. The number of the newly selected lake must be clearly written on the ticket above or directly next to the previous number 8, so that the original number 8 remains visible. Due to the amendment, it is not necessary to return the area ticket to the ticket seller.

As of September 10, the installation was completed in the following waters and quantities:

Rába Ikervár artificial canal – 300 kg
Rába Ikervár dammed – 300 kg
Rábasömjén Lake – 350 kg
Nicky Rába pumped up – 200 kg
Kis-Rába – 200 kg
Celldömölk Brickyard Lake – 300 kg
Csánig mining lake – 300 kg
Lake Kęthatyr, Kerkafalva – 400 kg
Lake Magyarszecsődi – 500 kg
Újperinti No. 1 mining lake – 400 kg
Gencsapáti fishing lake – 210 kg

The planned quantities may vary slightly depending on the results of the fishing and the capacity of the transport vehicles. We will report in detail on the actual installations, as we have done so far.
