Another 10,500 kg of carp have arrived in the iron waters
The Vas County Federation of Sport Fishing Associations continued the installation of spring fishing waters in the county on Thursday, April 02, 2020 with 10,500 kg of carp weighing 1.5-3 kg. During the first installation in April, carps of similar size arrive in the twin rivers of the Rába alongside the standing waters - among the wild ones.
By March, 12,850 kg of carp had already entered the Vas waters, bringing the total amount of carp to 23 tonnes before the Easter season, including the current installation. With this installation, the fish are "moving" from the Marcali Reservoir to their new home . Hereby, we would like to draw the attention of anglers to the fact that in the federal waters, except in the common household, min. Fishing at a distance of 5 meters is still allowed. Fishermen over the age of 65 are asked to stop fishing activities during the travel restrictions, but they can also practice local sport fishing subject to epidemiological regulations and restrictions.
