An association competition was held in Répcelak
The competition of the Répcelak City Miners' Fishermen's Association was held on Sunday, July 18, 2021, with 4 youth and 22 adults.
Fewer appeared due to the stormy weather of the previous day, but still 3 youth and 17 adult anglers started the race. After the morning draw and briefing, while the preparation took place, Györgyné Góza Tóth made a flame for everyone present. Zoltán Kiss and György Szalai were busy preparing a delicious lunch.
Erika Kovács, the economic manager of the association, served food and drinks with her daughter, Fanni and her little girlfriend. The competition took place in a very good mood and even the weather was gracious to those who appeared.
The results of the competition were as follows:
- Youth category:

2. Bálint Varga 7410 g
3. Balázs Szabó 1160 g
- Adult category:
1. András Könczöl 11 340 g
2. Ágoston Zoltán 11 260 g
3. Gyula Tóth 8520 g
The 20 anglers caught a total of 78.33 kg of fish.
Several offers were received, which were awarded as special prizes. The Répce Zoo gift package for the biggest fish went to Linter Hunor (240 g) in the youth category and Ferenc Jákli (3480g) in the adult category.
Zoltán Kissi, the 4th place adult, Attila Németh, the oldest angler, and Balázs Szabó, the youngest catcher, received a gift from the offerings of Zoltán Kiss.
The association would like to thank Giza for his offer of flaming ingredients. Soós offered Niki vegetables for lunch and the work of everyone who contributed to the success of the competition.
