A unique fishing opportunity at the Vaskeresztes Alpine Lake!
In November of last year, approx. We released 600 rainbow trout to test the possibility of lake spinning and fly fishing. As the weather warms up and the water temperature of the lake rises dynamically, the time has come to provide an opportunity - on a trial basis - to reduce the rainbow trout stock for the duration of one weekend.
On the weekend of April 20-21, 2024, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., we welcome all anglers who would like to combine the experience of fishing with eating their own rainbow trout at home. In the above time interval, you can fish on the Vaskeresztes Alpine lake with a maximum of two rods, only by redeeming our 5,500 HUF general adult day ticket, and you must keep the first 8 rainbow trout caught, regardless of size.
For information, we note that the rainbow trout found in the lake weigh 20-35 dkg. All rainbow trout caught must be recorded in the catch log immediately after the catch. (Catch log code: "[5] rainbow trout" - Alpine fishing lake water area code: 18-043-1-4)
Once again, we would like to point out that on the weekend described above, we only welcome anglers to the lake who, regardless of method, only fish for rainbow trout by redeeming a daily ticket and keep it. No other fish species can be kept, all fish other than trout must be gently released.
