In the month of June, a fishing competition is held several times throughout the county. During the events, full or partial fishing bans will be in effect for anglers who have not entered the competition. Please always check the current restrictions before you go fishing. In addition to our website, we publish the bans on our Facebook page and, if possible, on the lakeside notice boards.

The Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations orders a fishing ban at the following locations and times in June:

On June 02, 2024 (Sunday) from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on the Abért I and Abért II lakes due to a fishing competition for anglers who have not entered the competition.

On June 12, 2024 (Wednesday) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a general ban on non-registered anglers due to a children's fishing competition at the Vaskeresztes Alpine Lake.

On June 15, 2024 (Saturday) from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., there will be a general ban for anglers who have not entered the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake Püspökmolnári.

On June 16, 2024 (Sunday), from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on the designated competition course section for anglers who have not entered the competition due to a children's fishing competition on Sárvíz Lake in Gersekarát (Stég: 10-40.)

On June 22, 2024 (Saturday) from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a general ban for anglers who have not entered the competition due to an association fishing competition at the gravel mine lake in Magyarszecsőd.

On June 22, 2024 (Saturday) from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., there will be a general ban for anglers who have not entered the competition due to an association fishing competition at Téglagyári lake in Csepreg.

On June 23, 2024 (Sunday) from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a general ban on the Celldömölki lake for anglers who have not entered the competition due to the County Youth Fishing Competition.

On June 29, 2024 (Saturday), from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the side of Lake Abért II on the side of the Lukácsháza settlement, there will be a general ban for anglers who have not entered the competition on the designated section of the competition course.

On June 30, 2024 (Sunday) from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., there will be a general ban on the Celldömölki lake for anglers who have not entered the competition due to a fishing competition.
