1000 perch pups arrived
In accordance with the plans and promises of the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Anglers, in addition to carp plantations, it will pay special attention to strengthening the juvenile predator population, if it is possible to acquire these valuable native species. Last week, on Monday, as before, we provided information on the 8,000 pikeperch that arrived in the Rába River. To our great pleasure, we managed to buy a two-summer perch between 25-35 dkg last Sunday.
The perch were placed in the following ponds after on-site weighing:
- Kerkafalvi Two-Lake - 50 kg (approx. 150 pieces)
- Lake Hársas in Szentgotthárd - 105 kg (approx. 350 pieces)
- Püspökmolnári - 61 kg- (approx. 200 pieces)
- Lake Csánigi -50 kg (approx. 150 pieces)
- Celldömölk - 50 kg (approx. 150 pieces)
We ask our T. Fellow Fishermen to spare undersized and sensitive small perch during their fishing, giving them a chance to thrive to an acceptable size and reproduce naturally.
The introduction of perch was carried out in part with the 45% financial support of the MOHOSZ Herd Replacement and Development Target Appropriation (ÁPFE-III / 4 / 2801-20 / 2021.), With the help of which our Association plans to replenish the bream and predator stocks of the water areas it manages.
