Invitation
The traditional, invitational Répce Cup fishing competition is now being held for the 18th time, and this year it is organized by the Répce Fishing Association.
Competition date: August 17, 2025 (Sunday)
Competition location: Répcelaki Lake
Entry fee: none
Competition schedule: A 4-hour fishing round between the teams of Büki HE, Répcelaki HE and Répcementi HE
6.00 - 6.30 Registration
6.30 - 7.00 Course setting, technical meeting, draw
7.00 – 7.55 Seating, preparation time
7.55 – .800 Feeding (two-handed dumpling)
8.00 – 12.00 Fishing
12.00 – 12.30 Reflection
13.00- Announcement of results, lunch
Rules:
- Only invited associations can enter the competition with a team of 5 people. Competitors must have a fishing license valid for the given water area.
- A maximum of 17 liters of bait (approx. 4-5 kg dry) and a maximum of 2 liters of bait may be used. The use of mosquito larvae is prohibited. During the competition, 1 rod may be used at a time and a maximum of 1 single-barred hook may be used on the rig. Only float fishing is allowed and the use of ringed fish traps is mandatory.
- In other unregulated matters, the Competition Rules of the Vas County Fishing Association shall apply.
