Zalaszentmihály HE. welcomes its anglers to its annual membership meeting to be held on February 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
Agenda items:
- Report on the tasks performed in 2022: Jenő Adorján, President
- 2022 financial report: Ferenc Horváth, secretary
- Supervisory board report: Zoltán Samu, Supervisory board member
- Disciplinary committee report: jr. Zoltán Szili, Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee
- Election of officials: Supervisory committee member, Youth and competition manager, Environment and water protection manager, Fishing master fish protection manager
- Norbert Puskás' report on current events, changes, applications: Norbert Puskás, Managing Director of the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations, Vice President Mohosz
- Decision according to the Articles of Association, the General Assembly VII.2. Gábor Cziráki transfers the powers specified in paragraph g), i), s), t) to the Board.
In the event that the general meeting does not have a quorum, the repeated general meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. on February 25, 2023 at the same location, which has a quorum regardless of the number of attendees.
