TEK Csákány won the 3rd Vasi Vizesken Boilie Team Competition
The 3rd Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations Boilie Team Competition took place, which was once again hosted by Lake Magyarszecsődi. During the three-day competition, ten two-person teams took on the 72-hour challenge to show which pair could find and catch the lake's larger carps and grass carp the most effectively. During the competition, 331,100 grams of fish were weighed, while there were also many catches that were not evaluated according to the competition rules, as they did not reach the 6-kilogram minimum weight.
Following the technical meeting on Wednesday morning, the draw for the sector spots took place, and the teams occupied their designated fishing spots. After preparing the equipment and setting up the campsites, the 72-hour battle began at 8:30 with the sound of the bugle.
The first day of the competition started well. After the first 24 hours, eight valid catches over 6 kilograms were weighed. The biggest fish of the day was a 10,040 gram carp, caught by the Fanatic Carp team in sector 5. At the top of the table at that time was TEK Csákány, which started the competition strongly with several nice catches.

The competition became more intense by the second day. The teams' combined catch approached 200 kilograms, while many carp and grass carp under 6 kilograms were still missing from the weighing.
Meanwhile, there was also a change in the special competition for the largest fish. The previous record of 10,040 grams was broken by Kristóf Stárics, a competitor from the Warriors Team, with an extremely beautiful 14,700 gram carp.

Turning to the last 24 hours, TEK Csákány continued to confidently lead the field, but a close fight developed behind them. The difference between second, third and fourth place was only a few kilograms, so there was still plenty of excitement left for the final day. In the last stage, not only the fish catch, but also tactics became increasingly important. Some teams relied on larger, chunkier fish, while other teams tried to get ahead by increasing the number of catches.

The fish became more and more active in the final stages of the 72-hour race, and several teams were able to improve their results. The Warriors Team produced a particularly strong run, which brought them significantly closer to the leading team, but TEK Csákány ultimately maintained their leading position. The third step of the podium was taken by Fanatic Carp, which provided a balanced performance throughout the race.
According to the final tally, the ten teams weighed a total of 331,100 grams of fish over the three days.
