Our lecsó catfish won a bronze medal at the 14th Lecsó Festival.
Our association's team also participated in the 14th Lecsó Festival held in Andrásfá this Saturday, where the catfish with lecsó and nokedli was prepared in a truly friendly atmosphere.
In the team led by our colleague Dániel Szabó, a fisheries officer: in addition to our professional fisheries officers, our Association's active helpers involved in fish protection and waterfront maintenance were also present. The friendly atmosphere, good humor and delicious flavors all added their own to this colorful event.
The jury was delighted with our fish dish and awarded it 3rd place when the results were announced! We would like to thank the organizers for the great program and the participants for the shared experiences.
If anyone missed the catfish with lecsó, you can meet us again at the association's cooking stand next week in Celldömölk, at the Vas County Hunting Day. Next week, it will be prepared under the leadership of our colleague Tamás Karácsonyi, followed by the excellent Vas fish soup.
