March 2026 bans
The Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations has ordered a fishing ban at the following locations and times in March:
In order to ensure the smooth running of the Trout Area National Ranking Points Competitions, as well as to rest the existing fish stock and protect the fresh trout stock arriving before the competition, a complete closure will be in effect on Lake Alpesi from March 23-27, 2026. During the above period, all fishing activities are strictly PROHIBITED on the lake.
Please note that fishing on the lake on March 28-29, 2026 is only permitted for anglers registered for the Trout Area National Ranking Points Competition.

Due to maintenance work, FISHING IS PROHIBITED in the entire area of the artificial canal on Friday, March 6th and Saturday, March 7th, 2026!
