Gift day ticket for Children's Day
Fishing is not only a form of recreation, but also an experience, a way to spend time close to nature and, for many, the beginning of a lifelong passion. It is a great pleasure for us that more and more children and young people are discovering the world of fishing, which is why our Association would like to be kind to the youngest anglers this year as well. On the occasion of Children's Day, we are once again providing free fishing opportunities for children under 15 years of age on the waters managed by the Association.
On May 31, 2026 (Sunday), all child anglers with a valid state fishing license can use a free day license. The aim of the initiative is to encourage more young people to spend time on the waterfront, gain experiences and experience the joy of fishing.
Things to know about the gift day fishing:
- The gift day ticket is valid only on May 31, 2026.
- A valid state license and catch log are required for fishing.
- Children can fish under adult supervision between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- The maximum amount of other fish that can be kept is 3 kg.
- For children under 15, a state fishing license can be obtained without an exam.
The state fishing license can be obtained at our association distribution points after registering in the MOHOSZ HORINFO system. Registration can also be done online from home , but our ticket agents will also provide assistance in person during customer reception hours.
