2025. September bans

Several fishing competitions will be held throughout the county in September. During the events, there will be full or partial fishing bans for anglers who have not registered for the competition. Please always check the current restrictions before you go fishing. In addition to our website, we will also publish the bans on our Facebook page and, if possible, on the lakeside notice boards.

The Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations has ordered a fishing ban at the following locations and times in September:

• On September 6, 2025 (Saturday), from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a general fishing ban will be in effect on Lake Magyarszecsőd for anglers not registered for the competition due to a fishing competition.

• On September 7, 2025 (Sunday), from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a general fishing ban will be in effect for anglers not registered for the competition due to a fishing competition on Lake Püspökmolnár.

• From 6:00 a.m. on September 10, 2025 (Wednesday) to 11:00 a.m. on September 13, 2025 (Saturday), a general fishing ban will be in effect for anglers not registered for the competition due to a multi-day boilie team competition on Lake Magyarszecsőd.

• From 7:00 p.m. on September 12, 2025 (Friday) to 7:00 a.m. on September 13, 2025 (Saturday), there will be a general ban on fishing on Lake Kerkaszentkirályi for anglers not registered for the competition.

• On September 14, 2025 (Sunday), from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be a general ban on fishing on the Lukácsháza side of Lake Abért II due to a fishing competition for anglers not registered for the competition.

• On September 20, 2025 (Saturday) and September 21, 2025 (Sunday), from 06:30 to 15:30, there will be a general ban on fishing in the entire area of ​​Lake Abért II due to a fishing competition for anglers not registered for the competition.

• On September 28, 2025 (Saturday), from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a general fishing ban will be in effect at the Vaskeresztes Alpine Fishing Lake due to the association fishing competition.

• On September 28, 2025 (Sunday), from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a general ban on fishing on the Celldömölk Brick Factory Lake for anglers not registered for the competition.

• On September 28, 2025 (Sunday), from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a general ban on fishing on Lake Rábasömjén for anglers not registered for the competition due to the association fishing competition.
