XX. Primary School Fishing Competition on the Iron Lakes
This year we are celebrating our anniversary, and we would like you to be a part of this special adventure! If you love nature, love fishing, and would like to challenge yourself in an exciting challenge, then this is the place for you!
The Vasi Vizeken Elementary School Fishing Contest returns for the twentieth time to once again test the most skilled elementary school teams!
What awaits you?
- A two-round correspondence competition where both your theoretical and practical knowledge will be needed!
- On-site finals, where the most professional anglers will be revealed!
- An unforgettable fishing competition where you can show off your practical knowledge!
What do you need to do to apply?
- Form a team of 4 people (young people between the ages of 10-15)!
- Find a helpful nature-loving teacher who will support you!
- Register online by midnight on Sunday, March 16, 2025!

The competition is open to teams of 4 from primary schools located in the Association's area of activity - primarily in Vas and Zala counties. The aim of the competition is for the participating young people to get to know the wildlife of the natural waters of Vas County and to learn the basics of fishing.
