The Alpine Inn and Fishing Tourism Center in Vaskeresztes is planning to reopen its doors as a fish buffet from mid-April, and for this we are looking for breakfast hostesses and buffet staff (1-2 people). If you like dealing with guests and would like to work in a friendly, guest-oriented environment, we look forward to your application!

Your tasks:
🟢 Breakfast
- Preparing and serving fresh breakfast to guests
- Preparing a breakfast basket, buffet table or plated breakfast
- Provision of coffee, tea and soft drinks
- Keeping the dining area clean
🟢 Accommodation cleaning
- Keeping guest rooms and common areas clean
- Linen change, bathroom cleaning
- Cleaning before and after events
🟢 Buffet tasks (Thursday to Sunday)
- Operating the buffet and serving guests
- Preparation of hot dishes based on predefined recipes (e.g. fish burgers, fish hotdogs, fish soup, fried fish, freshly baked goods)
- Preparing drinks, sandwiches and snacks
- Cash management, invoicing, guest registration in the NTAK system
Who are we looking for?
🔹 A person with basic kitchen knowledge who is precise and demands cleanliness.
🔹 An employee with good physical stamina and a guest-oriented, polite and friendly attitude.
🔹 German language skills and professional experience are an advantage!
