DÖRÖSKE CUP 2026. - COMPETITION CATEGORY - TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The second stage of the competition series called "The Best Sportfisherman on Iron Waters", the competitive category round of the "IRON WATERS-GARBOLINO-TACKLEBAIT DÖRÖSKE CUP", will be held on the Döröske Reservoir on May 17, 2026 (Sunday). The competitions in the youth and hobby categories have already taken place last weekend, so this weekend only the competitive category will take over the competition field.

In the competitor category, the absolute extreme places per competition will be highlighted this year as well. Anglers drawn to extreme places will no longer be allowed to sit in extreme places in the further stages of the competition series, which serves to equalize the chances. During the first round, the extreme places were occupied by Zoltán Töreki and Norbert Misák, so they will no longer be allowed to draw for extreme places during the championship.
During the competition, according to preliminary plans, anglers will occupy the designated spots from 15 to 28, in two sectors.

FISHING BAN!
We would like to inform fellow anglers that on May 17, 2026 (Sunday) from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., a general fishing ban will be in effect for anglers not registered for the competition at the Döröske Reservoir due to a fishing competition.
