For the Vas County Association of Sport Fishing Associations, maintaining the orderly condition of the lakes and riverside fishing spots under its management is a priority throughout the year. The continuous maintenance of hundreds of hectares of waterside requires modern machinery, so it is of particular importance to us that with the support of MOHOSZ, our machinery park could be expanded and renewed with new equipment. We are particularly pleased that the machinery for which we submitted our support request in mid-2025 within the framework of the “I. Support for the purchase of waterfront equipment” program announced by MOHOSZ has finally arrived. Due to the time-consuming nature of public procurement procedures and the manufacturing and delivery process of the machinery, the development could only be implemented now, but it is all the more pleasing that the new equipment can finally start working. Thanks to the investment, not only has the Association’s maintenance capacity expanded, but it has also opened up the opportunity to replace two of our 12-year-old and 6-year-old lawnmower tractors that have been in service for many years. The new machines will make the maintenance of watersides faster, safer and more efficient, the benefits of which our anglers will also be able to experience every day. With the support of MOHOSZ, as a result of the public procurement procedure, Andl Kft., based in Pápa, delivered the following machines to our Association and our water treatment member associations: 4 Ariens IKON 52 Zero Turn lawn tractors 1 SABO Comstar 210 chipper 2 Husqvarna 545RX brushcutter mowers 1 Husqvarna 545 Mark II chainsaw 2 Husqvarna 525PT5S high-altitude branch cutters 2 Husqvarna 525HE3 hedge trimmers 1 Husqvarna 125B leaf blower The total value of the development is HUF 10,371,328, for which MOHOSZ provided a non-refundable grant of HUF 6,720,942. The remaining 3,650,386 HUF of our own funds was financed by our Association from its own resources. Thanks to the investment, our machinery has become more modern and reliable, which in the long term contributes to maintaining a tidy, safe and cultured environment in the fishing waters under our management.
