Yesterday we had a truly memorable day at the 7th Békés County Hunting and Fishing Day, as well as the 10th Körös-völgyi Fish Soup and Fish Dish Making Competition, where our Association also represented Vas County. We are very happy and proud to share that our cooking team won the category with both of the dishes entered! The winner of the “Other fish soup” category was the Rábai fish soup prepared by the fishing guard Tamás Karácsonyi. The winner of the “Other fish dish” category was our vice president László Laki’s special dish, trout in flavored breadcrumbs with pumpkin seed potato salad. Nearly twenty cooking teams entered the competition with almost thirty dishes, so the achieved result is particularly valuable for us. The MOHOSZ team was also represented at the event, which further raised the rank of the event.
